Shipping Policy: 

Shipments are Prepay using Proactive Environmental Products LLC shipping account(s). Proactive Environmental Products LLC does not ship on customer shipping accounts nor third party shipper accounts.

Return Policy: For Unused Products Only 
We take customer satisfaction seriously. Unforeseen changes in scheduled field work, projects or applications happen. If there is an issue or work order change regarding your purchase, Proactive Environmental Products LLC will replace it, credit your account, or refund your money. Simply call us at 1.941.243.3930 within 10 working days of receipt of shipment and request a Return Authorization Number and Return Authorization Form PRIOR TO returning any items. Fill in the Return Authorization Form; enclose it in the box with a copy of your INVOICE and returned items. The ship to address is supplied on the Return Authorization Form. It is in your best interest to insure the shipment. In order to receive full credit for a return, the products must be unused and in like-new condition. A reason for return must be mentioned on the Return Authorization Form. Proactive Environmental Products LLC does not pay for returning items nor do we accept CODs. A 20% restocking fee may apply if the request for return is received after 10 business days from date of delivery; in no event will a product be accepted for refund after 30 days from receipt by the customer. Please note: Customized equipment is non-refundable.
