ABYSS SOLAR DIRECT

Abyss Solar Direct with LD and Float Switch

How Does The Abyss Solar Direct With LD and Float Switch Operate Without Batteries?

The Abyss Solar Direct With LD and Float Switch increases the current (AMPS) of the Abyss pump motor to produce the torque required to turn the pump motor. The Abyss Solar Direct With LD and Float Switch does this by sacrificing motor voltage, say for example if it is a cloudy day. In return, the Abyss motor runs slower yielding lower flow rates. In short, the sun is simply not producing enough energy for the Abyss pump to operate under a perfect situation. The trade of is .... the Abyss is still pumping liquid just at a slower discharge rate rather the Abyss pump not working at all. That is why the Abyss Solar Direct With LD and Float Switch is the perfect product if you are looking to pump liquid during daylight hours, and shut off during night time.

Setting Up The Abyss Solar Direct With LD and Float Switch

The Abyss Solar Direct With LD and Float Switch eliminates the need to purchase batteries! Set up time will be around 15 minutes for a solar panel set up arrangement (if the solar panel is already installed on a mounting platform). Simply connect the Abyss pump to the Abyss Solar Direct With LD and Float Switch then connect it to the solar panel(s). The more solar panels the longer the pump run time. But usually, one solar panel is sufficient to run any of the Abyss pumps incorporating the Abyss Solar Direct With LD and Float Switch.
